how to automatically insert first name of a client on a PDF file for laptop contracts.

Hello everyone, I would like to automatically add a first name to a laptop contract PDF (base/root is AD) before sending it to the qlient who has to sign the contract with adobe sign. I use the Adobe Acrobat from Adobe creative cloud. If someone could help me with this i would really appriciat it, if this is possible.
