How to calculate many drop down with 4 values (0-4)

Hello I am new to Adove Acrobat DC. I need help in calculating several drop down with 4 values (0-4). I want place a text field that will total all 55 drop down with the (0-4) values. Please help me

What are the field names of the dropdowns?

Hello I actually figure it out, but there I still need to clean it up

because I added reset button to clear the form and its does not clear all

the form only part of it. I think I may need to reorganize the the

dropdown names. To answer your questions the names of the Drop down are:

"Droptdown1-3 etc. Also would you happen to know how I can add a calendar

on the "Date Field".
