There isn't. The two technologies are very different. You'll need to print out the form to the Adobe PDF printer so you get a static version of it, and then re-create it from scratch in Acrobat.

1. There is no conversion program because there is nothing to convert. A PDF is a PDF, and these are not different kinds.

2. If you have a PDF, made any way you like, you can open it in Acrobat Pro DC.

3. If I may say so, this is probably not an idea that will work well for you. Acrobat is a TERRIBLE editor. It is the very last resort. If the documents were made in InDesign, edit them in InDesign. BUT YOU DON'T EDIT THE PDF. You go back to the original INDD file.

I'm sorry. I was not very clear. I was using Live Cycle to build and edit forms and now I am using DC Pro to edit the forms. Some allow me to convert them to DC Pro but others do not. I had hoped there was a conversion program to convert from Live Cycle to DC Pro.
