How to create a batch stamp

Currently using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2015.017.20053. I would like to batch stamp many sheets that I have binded together. I tried going to tools\options but I only have tools tab with preset tools?

Are you talking about adding the same stamp to multiple files, or to multiple pages of the same file? Either way, it requires using a script. There's no built-in command that will do it for you.
