How to create form in footer?

Hi there,

I have a few documents in PDF with more than 300 pages. Is it possible to create form field as a footer which is the same on every page?

I don't want to set the same text in footer on each page manually.

Inspiring

Create the fields on one page, select them and right-click, and select "Duplicate..." to duplicate them to the other pages.
