Question

How to cut two different pages and paste them into one?

So, I have for teachers (teaching standards). It is 44 pages and every page only has text on HALF the page. The bottom half of every page is EMPTY. Is there a simple/easy way to cut every page in half, discard the EMPTY part, and combine the two top half pages together into one page? (which would make the pdf a total of 22 pages instead of 44 and no empty/waste of space?).

You just have to crop all pages in half, using the Set Pages Boxes tool.

There's no need to combine the pages. To print, you need to ask for "Multiple" in the print window.

Hi Samantha, you can cut all pages in your document to keep upper part. (Edit PDF/ Crop pages/ all) i.e. from A4P to A5L. (P - portrait, L - landscape). You can print this new "half page A5L" document into new PDF file with original page size (A4P) and choose to print multiple pages into printing format (1 column x 2 rows). You will get two pages on original format.
