how to deactive a computer when you do not have access to that machine?

You can activate acrobat 8.1 on your new machine without the need of deactivating it from the previous machine .

But if its your third machine on which you trying to activate then it would not be possible.

Also would like to inform you that adobe has ended the support for acrobat 8 and the latest version is acrobat DC.
