How to delete email addresses on a pdf form that have been entered on the "use webmail" send button

I created some form using Acrobat XI Pro and added a submit button to send via email, which works well, however i was testing the "use webmail" selection and created fake email addresses and want to delete them and can't find a way how.  I have to submit these forms and do not want those fake email addresses to keep showing, is there a way to delete them? thank you.
