How To Disable tool & Comment pane in adobe acrobat x

Hi All,

I want to disable/freeze tool & comment pane in adobe acrobat x permanently while view/read pdf file, with that everybody can't edited pdf file which already signed or add comment.

Please help.

You would need to encrypt it and give the file no editing rights.

You can't do that. What you can do, though, is lock the fields in the file when the digital signature field is signed. The rest of the file will automatically be locked as well when you do that.
