How to find installed s/w is Adobe Reader or Acrobat DC ( windows10 64bit Adobe64 -using C# )

Type.GetTypeFromProgID("AcroExch.AVDoc") !== null , means the Adobe Acrobat is installed.

But after the latest Adobe 64 bit reader installation, the above condition is true for Adobe Reader itself. So how we can detect which Adobe(Reader or Acrobat) is installed.

If Reader is doing that now, you can try to use different APIs to see if one fails and can be trapped as an exception. Maybe try to get the JSObject.
