How to get permissions of the file?

Hello!

I have a file(s) with some permissions (like in the picture).

How I can read these permission(s) for prepending users to upload this file to the server?

I used pdfservices library for Java.

Sorry, my mistake. I didn't realise that this is the name of an Adobe product. I think they changed the name. Anyway, it isn't the Acrobat SDK so this is the wrong forum.
