How to highlight a button with color when clicked or activated in Adobe acrobat pro XI??

I am working on a project in Adobe acrobat pro XI where I have arranged number of buttons in a horizontal manner. For all the buttons, I have given some actions to perform when clicked. I want to make the specific button gets highligted whenever a user clicks on it.

As a part of the MouseUp action you can add a script to change the field's border color, for example. Then you could use the On Blur event to change it back.
