Question

How to make Acrobat Pro 9 the default reader, instead of Acrobat Reader. Windows 7. There is no button in my version of Pro to click on to make this change.

Every search I have done on the Internet says there is a button to click to make this happen. There is no button on my screen.

Hi Dave Cox,

You might need to choose "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Associations"

Choose .pdf format and click on 'Change program' button to choose Adobe Acrobat as the default program to open PDF files.
