How to paste markups where the pointer is?

Hi Adobe community,

I am using Adobe Acrobat DC and I was wondering if there was a way to paste a markup where my pointer is placed rather than its default spot.

For example:
I am using "draw rectangle" function and I want to duplicate the same size and color onto a different location. Using "Crtl+C" to copy and "Crtl+V" to paste, the duplicated markup appears somewhat off center of the page. Is there a way to have the copied markup pasted to where my pointer is instead?
