How to Print multiple docs as PDF, hold them in Spool and combine and print as one doc?

Hold jobs in Adobe PDF printer/spooler.

When the jobs are listed, move up or down to change the order in which they are printed

Click remove to remove a job

Merge or combine all the spools and then save or print as one pdf doc
