how to protect multiple PDF files with different password for each document using Acrobat DC

I have multiple PDF files (Employee Payslips) and I have to password protect it and send it by mail to each employee currently am doing it manually by opening each file and protecting it manually, however I wanted to know is there any option to protect PDF files automatically with separate password for each document
