how to reset to defaults

I have Acrobat 9.  Some of the data on the view is missing.  But others can see it.  Is there a setting to rest the views to default?  What a mess this software is without a contact to support to ask this question.  I wont be recommending any of your software.

If you're asking about data that's in form fields, can you tell us what PDF viewer those other people are using? Can you provide a sample form so we can look at it?
