Hello Everyone,

Thank you for any help you can provide.

I am unable to install a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC via Creative Cloud. I have read possible solutions here on this forum and on other forums. These have included clear items from the registry, uninstall applications, rebooting after a failed install and trying again. I have installed Adobe Reader DC successfully. I have also installed several other cloud application successfully as well. The error message I receive is the following.

Thanks - Aadesh2789 - I has seen that article however I am running windows 10 and there was no reference to Wind 10 and I didn't wish to take all those steps if they might not have been necessary. I am going to try the suggestion of Kglad first as it is a quick process and maybe just maybe I will be fortunate.
