how to rotate pdf document in Adobe Pro?

I think the problem here is that you haven't given us the actual app you own, just said Adobe Pro, which isn't an app.

Some people have assumed you have Adobe Premiere Pro, which cannot do this.

Other people have assumed you have Adobe Acrobat Pro, which can do this.

Please let us know the app you have and also the version, because it changes dramatically between versions.

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Pro? If so, you can do it via Tools - Pages - Rotate. No need to look for alternatives online.
