How To save a PDF file to a CD

How do I save a PDF file to a CD and install a password for the reader to open the file to read?

Legend

You can secured the PDF file with password first in Acrobat application.

Once the PDF is secured you can save it on CD. So whenever you will open PDF it will ask for the password.
