How to set text field for credit card number?

Hi, this seems like it should be a no-brainer on the Properties menu, but what's the best way to add a credit card number to a form?

I have mine set up as a Text Field > format category: Number > Decimal: 0 > Separator Style: (default with comma, but that's not what I want, obviously)

and Symbol > none.

Isn't there an easy way to establish 16 character space for credit card numerals?

    Under Format select Special, and then Arbitrary Mask and enter this as the mask: 9999 9999 9999 9999

    Fabulous! I tried that, just guessing by process of elimination, but used

    0’s instead of 9’s. Will try that now. Thanks so much Try67!
