how to sign in acrobat pro DC

I downloaded Acrobat Pro DC and installed it but then when I wanted to open the program they asked me to sign in but i couldnt sign in: it said that I need to check my internet connection or that my clock is in error, which isn't the case. please provide suggestions what to do? thanks
