How to transfer adobe acrobat standard DC 2015 license to new computer?

I purchased one Acrobat standard DC 2015 activation key for 5 computers, I install the software and activate it all in 5 computers, and now i need to uninstall the software from one computer and reinstall it in new computer and transfer the license key to it.

Note: I activate the Key without signing in, i did go to Help tab> and search for deactivation but i did not fine it.
