How to uninstall FormsCentral?

How can you uninstall the FormsCentral portion of Acrobat Pro?

This question was asked over six months ago and still doesn't have an answer. I have a completely useless piece of software on my computer and I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of it. Someone needs to get an answer to this immediately. You can't just discontinue software and then leave customers with a piece of dead bullshit to deal with and not tell us how to clean it off. I'll be contacting Adobe repeatedly and in all manners possible until someone answers this question.
