How to untoggle Radio button when creating a blank template?

Hi,

I am new to Adobe DC Pro - trying to create an application form with numerous radio buttons. I have this done, but have saved the draft with a couple of the Radio buttons checked on Yes of Yes/No answers - I need the form to be a blank form as I want to send this to clients. How do I get both radio buttons back to unchecked stage so I can save a template?

Many thanks for your help in advance

Hi.

In the form editor you will find a "Reset form" item in the "Other" menu.

Or you can use a button form field using the "Reset Forn" action.

Or you can copy-paste this JavaScript into the Console:

this.resetForm();

Many thanks for replying and excuse my ignorance! But when you say form editor - do you mean Tools, then Edit PDF? If so, I cannot find an Other Menu.

I'm not sure what you mean about button form field either
