I cannot work this out. I think the product is now part of the product suite Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). It has a forum, not very busy LiveCycle Rights Management  You could also try this forum LiveCycle installation, configuration, deployment, and administration

Prices are secret, I think, but expect at least five figures.

LiveCycle Rights Management, licensed separately with price by negotiation, needs a server to run on 24/7 on which you install the LiveCycle software. An experienced server admin may be needed to read the documentation and install it. But it isn't something we know anything about in the Acrobat forums.

If I want to use this function,,I need to find who to buy ? Only Adobe company or Adobe local partner??..  think u
