Hyperlinks not carried when Powerpoint to Adobe PDF

Am using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 to create a presentation that includes phrases such as "click here for more info" that is linked to a URL or other (e.g. box, dropbox, file, etc.) location.  Links work properly in PowerPoint "show" mode.  However, when printing/saving these PowerPoint (.pptx) files to Adobe PDF, the links are not retained.  Actual address links (e.g., www.google.com) are translated properly to the PDF.  "Click here for more info" hyperlinked to an actual address or file, does not translate.  Can send specific example if it would be helpful and e-mail address provided.  Any suggestions?
