I am confused Do I have to pay to have Adobe account just to convert my files to save/

Hello,

I just added to fill in to get Adobe Cloud for my photos, & documents.

Is this a free service? When I was at one of the pages here in Adobe, the first column didn't have a price for. the other 2 had a prices or fees for using the Adobe service.

I have the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, only for my saving my files & some documents.

So, I am confused    because my friend took my cat Profile just the first page & put it in the Adobe Acrobat Documents PNF file to save it, as the pet social networking web site is coming to a closed. At the very least I'll be able to still have her Profile to keep as the website will be closed & I won't be able to see it again.

I am sorry to have taken up your time, I really don't know much about the different Adobe Products & I'm not able to purchase any.
