I am paying $16/month for my Adobe product. Sometimes I can add pages to a PDF other times I can't and it guides me to a page to purchase something. Should I not be able to add or arrange PDF pages with my Adobe DC service? If not, what am I paying f

Please tell the product or service you are subscribed to.

Please do not get confused with the names Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC are different products of Adobe.

Acrobat Reader DC is a free software and only lets you to read PDF'.

If you're subscribed to Acrobat DC then make sure you're actually using that application and not Acrobat ​Reader​ DC, or any other version of Reader.
