Hmm, I have an idea of the problem, though it would be a pretty misleading message if I am right.
You read that 215.006.30121 "Classic" from ABOUT, yes? That means you've installed the classic version, which isn't updated with new features and is designed only for people who have a one time purchase. The version for subscriptions is "continuous". I recommend you uninstall the CLASSIC and download the CONTINUOUS version instead. Many people recommend using the Creative Cloud app to manage this, though I don't.
