I am re-installing acrobat 9 pro onto a reformatted computer (that previously had the software on) but when I try and reinstall it tells my the serial number is invalid, I have been on the live chat and they were horrifically unhelpful. Please help!!

Same here. Mine is a volume license. Worked perfectly 2 months ago. Now the serial is invalid and the support (chat) said that "I am sorry the support is not available for Acrobat 9 over chat/call. I request you to please visit forums.adobe.com to get help".
