I am trying to do a re-install with adobe 9 disc. I do not have serial number for origional adobe 6

I had a computer crash. After doing a full restore I tried to re-install my disc for adobe acrobat 9. Since this is an update from adobe acrobat 6 it asks for original serial number. I do not have old 6 serial number. I cannot locate an adobe phone number for support to get re-installed. Help

I located my old Adobe 6 serial number. I entered all the correct info and now I am hearing that adobe Acrobat 9 is not compatible with windows 10. Is this correct? If so what version is compatible. Thank you for your help.
