I am wanting an image / text box to appear when a field is picked in my interactive pdf form. How do i do this please?

Hello,  I am wanting an image to appear when a box has been picked on my interactive pdf form and i can't figure out how to do it.  Could someone please help me?  I am using Adobe Acrobat on the latest edition of the creative cloud.

Would like to inform that its not possible In the program that On clicking the field,the image should appear . 

For this you may check with Java Script .
