I bought student acrobat from DELL and in the conformation email they gave me a product code which has letters and numbers. When I try to install it asks for a serial number which is all numeric. What am I doing wrong?

I tried to install student version of acrobat that I bought from dell and the conformation email gave me a product code whit numbers and letters. When I tried to install it asked for a serial number which is all numeric. What should I do?

Also... I'm surprised you got a product code from Dell. I'd expect you to get a "redemption code". Are you sure it isn't a redemption code - check carefully their instructions...

You could refer the following link to find the serial number of your product.

Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

Though we do not support our software purchased from some thirty party sources.

If this does not work for you ,we would not be able to do more.
