I can not get Adobe to print poster size.

When I try to print poster size it will not increase the size.  I clicked on poster.  I can see the tile lines.  It will print two pages but the size is the same as if printing on one page.  The paper is showing 17x11.  I think it should be 17x22.  I can not change this.

Try to increase the Tile Scale .Under Print>Page Sizing & Handling>Tile Scale>try 110% and check if its printing fine.

I was able to increase to 110% but it did nothing to change the printing. It still will not print poster size.
