I can't activate Adobe Acrobat DC

I purchased Acrobat DC last week.

Yesterday was the last day of the free trial.

I have uninstalled the free DC and then installed the DC purchased, but it results that I have not purchased yet.

What can I do?

Hi ,

After you download the software and make payments for it, you are required to license the software either with your Adobe credentials if it is a subscription or the serial number if it is a perpetual license.

You are missing out on this.

Please license the product and you would be good to go.

Note: There was no need to uninstall the product and reinstall it .You get a trial period of 30 days before you could purchase the product.
