Hi jensb38340768,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

What message you are getting while creating PDF From Word files. You may use the Plugin from Word Or may select all those files then right click & select the option for 'Convert to PDF' & if you want to combine all of them as single file then select 'Combine files into Acrobat'. If Acrobat PDF maker is crashing with Office 2016, would like to inform you that its a known issue & we are working in this.

Refer to this Link :- Office 2016 crashing with Acrobat DC or Acrobat PDFMaker

Hi Yatharth,

my Acrobat Version is 2015.006.30119 (no new updates available). I am using the lates Word version and the latest Windows 10.

When i try to convert Word is crashing. The Combine function does not work as well.

At the beginning everything worked fine. Since 1-2 weeks it does not work at all. Do you know, when the problem will be fixed? I paid for the programm to work and need it right now.

Jens

I am having same problem and no fix in sight. It sucks having to save each word file as a PDF and then opening DC to combine files. That's why I bought the software int he first place. When is Adobe going to fix it. I have been complaining about this for over 2 months.
