Ok, I guess the product is Acrobat Pro. PDFMaker is a part of that, but used for a bunch of things.


As I understand it, PDF generation doesn't work with Edge - Microsoft blocked it or something. Try a different creation, or Internet Explorer. If that doesn't work, please give error messages exactly.
