I cannot export pdf file to Excel , word

When I am going to convert any pdf file to Excel or Word document . Its just showing a blank page without deliver any error message.

I too have the same issue, removed and re installed with no luck.

Just a blank grey page when you click the export option

Are you exporting using Acrobat, or using an online service (like Export PDF), or using something else?

Does your file contain actual text, or just an image (like in a scanned document)?

I have the same issue. After selecting to convert into word format the next window is just blank without any error message or any option.
