I cannot get internet activation for my copy of Acrobat. I need an authorisation code.

​I get a message from the server telling me that the internet activation system does not work and I need an authorisation code to install my copy of Acrobat onto a new laptop. Is there any way I can get a code from elsewhere? The telephone system doesn't work either...
