I cannot use adobe acrobat anymore because i keep getting error 16. Who knows how to fix this problem?

Try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this KB doc. Configuration error | Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite 6, 5.5, and 5 for Acrobat.
