I changed my name and now I am missing comments on a PDF, how can I fix this?

My user profile is associated with active directory.  I changed my name and therefore my email was changed.  Now I am missing comments on a critical PDF report.  How can I change or clear any associations to my previous email and name in Adobe Standard using Adobe Shared Review?
