I downloaded Acrobat X. When I try to install, it says my code is invalid. I used the code that was on my profile site and was verified correct by Adobe.

Also, I downloaded Acrobat X, but when I'm installing, it says it's Acrobat X Pro, is that correct?

if you purchased acrobat x standard, you need to use the acrobat x standard installation file, not pro.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Thank you,

I downloaded Acrobat X Standard, but while I'm installing, it says it's Acrobat X Pro. I don't understand why.

The first time I tried it, it did that.

The second and third time I tried it, using the links you suggested, it does the same thing.

I think that's why the code isn't working, because the software says it's Pro, even though I download Standard.

attach a screenshot showing the file name/extension that you're clicking to start installation.
