I exported a PDF to an excel file - but the format of the excel file was not align

Hi there,

I exported a PDF file to an excel file, I tried to sort the fields, but it did not show me all the data I want. Then I looked at the spreadsheet, which the data are written in different field, which was not aligned as what I saw in the PDF file.  Is there any way to sort it right? Instead of edit it one by one??
