I get conversion failure when trying to combine word doc. "the file has not been processed" exact fromat i have used six times so far

Could you please let me know the exact dot version of the adobe application you are using and also the OS version on your system?

Please share the screenshot of the error message so that i can analyze the issue from my end.

Also share the workflow as in how you are trying to convert/combine the documents?

Does this happen with all the documents or with few particular documents?

If you have subscribed to the online service , please try to combine using this link : https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf by logging in with your adobe ID .
