I got Acobat 10 about 2 years ago. Yesterday, I was asked if I wanted to update and I said "yes". Then when I tired to print a MS Word document I was unable to print; so I deleted updated 10. How do I get my old 10 back, please?

By "deleted" you mean uninstalled? Just reinstall from the original CD with the same serial number.
