had Acrobat XI Pro installed but the computer has not broken. I want to register this product so that it can be installed on my replacement PC. how do I do this please?
registering is not needed to install on a replacement pc.
just use your serial number and your installation files to install acrobat xi on your new computer. if you see an activation count error and are unable to deactivate the acrobat on your broken computer, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.
