Question

I have 2 Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Pro licenses for 2 computers. I am attempting to install on a new computer. I deactivated Pro on the old computer, but I keep getting this message after installing Pro: "qualifying product cannot be found"

I'm seeing the same situation with Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

You are installing an upgrade version. So you just need to prove the upgrade is valid. The qualifying products offered, you will notice, are OLDER versions, and it is one of them for which you have to supply the serial number.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I do not understand, however. I went back to my account and installed a full version of Acrobat X Pro, not an upgrade. The same version from the old computer.
