I have a form with a checkbox that auto-populates words to another part of the form, but the words are wrong. How can I change the outputted value that comes from clicking the box?

When I click the 2013 box

it outputs this:

I want it to return the correct year! It's also worth noting that I did not create this form!

I can't / don't know how to access the code. I downloaded this off of a website and it's been like this since 2009. Somebody in my office fixed it last year, but now they're gone
