I have a user unable to print from Acrobat DC.

When attempting to print, regardless of printer choice (she has many available), the application prints to a file. A blank file is saved as the result of the save.

Windows 7 Enterprise x64

Adobe Acrobat DC

Printers install from Server 2012 based print server.

Confirmed other applications print without issue.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.

The version is 2015.009.20069

The user has tested this functionality on multiple documents without success. The documents have been successfully printed from other users.

The user has been updated, via SCCM, to version 2015.017.20050 and is still experiencing the same issues.

Could you please let us know the exact workflow you do to print file.

Also share the dot version of Adobe Acrobat DC you are using on your system.

Are you experiencing this issue with all PDF's?
